CHURCH SERVICES: Everyone is welcome to attend Sunday services of First Church of Christ, Scientist, O' Fallon, Missouri. Held at the King Innovation building, 3801 Lloyd King Drive every Sunday at 10:00 am, these services provide an atmosphere for prayer and listening to a Bible Lesson-Sermon that promotes healing. This Lesson-Sermon is comprised of citations from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. The Lesson-Sermon can also be studied on an individual basis during the week and is available at the Christian Science Reading Room. Visitors are welcome and expected! Sunday School is held concurrently for students up to the age of 20 at 10:00 am at the King Innovation building. Pupils learn of God's love for them, and how the spiritual and moral teachings of the Bible, including the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount, and Science and Health can help them in their daily lives. We welcome you to attend the midweek testimony meetings, each Wednesday at 7:30 pm at the King Innovation building, 3801 Lloyd King Drive. Here there are readings from the Bible and Science and Health followed by spontaneous expressions of gratitude for the power of prayer. Healings and inspiration from the study of Christian Science are shared by members of the congregation. |
